SSG offers both Retained and Contingency confidential services, and an in person meeting with each client to clearly identify:

  1. Hiring needs regarding the specific position
  2. Best personality fit for your organization
  3. Long term company initiatives and vision
  • Identify candidates through a wealth of recruiting resources to target the most accomplished individuals including those that are not actively pursuing new opportunities (passive candidates).
  • Qualify through comprehensive interview process, detailed reference checking, background screening, credit checks, and overall assessment based on client needs.
  • Initial bullet point or verbal presentation of candidates to hiring manager followed by client feedback and sharing of additional criteria. Upon acceptance, resume and project list (if applicable) information is presented.
  • Coordinate interview times and present completed references prior to meeting.
  • Relay candidate feedback and assist hiring manager with post interview evaluation, negotiations and final decision making processes.
  • Counter offer counseling and acceptance

Retained:
By retaining our exclusive services, SSG will partner with you to offer priority service and expert counsel throughout the search by providing a meticulous and comprehensive recruitment effort, involving multiple researchers and recruiters on a single assignment when necessary. In addition, the retained search comes with a 6 month replacement guarantee.

Candidates are qualified through a comprehensive interview process, detailed reference checking, background screening and credit checks (upon request) and overall assessment based on client needs established via company completed Assignment Specification Form (ASF).

We recommend the Retained Search process when locating the best candidate is more important than filling the position quickly.

Contingency:
