Minda Hampel - President
Minda Hampel is a professional, detailed recruiter with many years of recruiting and sales experience. She truly enjoys working with both the candidates and the companies and feels a strong personal satisfaction from making the right match. Her company, SSG Executive Recruiters, has evolved into an executive search firm focusing on Construction Management & Development, Healthcare and Education as she has been working within these areas for well over a decade.

Minda began her career in hotel sales and marketing where she ascended through various markets to the National market before making the transition to recruiting in 1995. Since then, she has placed hundreds of candidates in career positions; therefore producing both satisfied companies and happy employees.

She has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and has earned many achievement awards throughout her career including a Top Recruiter of the Year award for the southern division of her company.

In 2004, Minda created Southeast Staffing Group, Inc. Her hard earned reputation with clients allowed her company to immediately take on new challenges, and as a result, she fine tuned the focus of the company. With a large emphasis on Construction Management, Healthcare and Education, the firm conducts both retained and contingency searches for mid to executive level positions and therefore became SSG Executive Recruiters.  At SSG, our primary focus is to streamline and simplify the hiring process by pairing quality candidates with excellent career opportunities and thereby provide peace of mind for both our clients and candidates. Susan Fernandez - Senior Executive Recruiter
Susan Fernandez joined the SSG team over two years ago, bringing with her over two decades of sales and management experience. Since joining the company, Susan has helped to develop and expand the niche markets that make SSG a well known name in the Construction, Healthcare and Educational industries. She has contributed to both the client and candidate sides of the business by establishing many large and well known accounts that have been exciting to both us and our candidates. Susan focuses on building trusting relationships by putting clients and candidates at ease. Therefore, she is able to gain an insight and understanding from both sides which enables her to make that truly excellent fit!
